We carried out Customer Profiling and Location Intelligence to help inform Development Victoria's development of Fitzroy Gaswork. The insights we provided helped identify, segment and profile target retail and residential customers; inform apartment design; tailor resident amenities and services; and inform their leasing and marketing campaigns.
